Important Terms

The Yellow Pixel Designs site and all content are copyrighted to Emma M. also known as UmmHend (or the respective artist) and are not available for you to copy, reproduce, quote or otherwise use without express permission from the Authors/Artists or unless otherwise stated.
Using material from YPD without first seeking permission from the author is illegal and is stealing; all copyright laws do apply online and apply both here and anywhere else my work may be published. I take copyright issues VERY seriously.

Privacy and Services

YPD offers some services which require information from you. Privacy is taken VERY seriously and the following is what you need to know when providing information.

You need to know

• Your information is only used for the purpose it was given.

• Your information is NEVER given, sold or revealed to ANY 3rd party.

• Any payments are done strictly through Paypal.

• Because payments are through paypal, you are NEVER asked for financial or other sensitive information from YPD.

Images and Dolls

Following are some Terms, Conditions and Other Important Notes and Information about use of YPD's Images and Dolls; Please read ALL of this BEFORE saving or using anything.

You May

• The following only apply to images which clearly state that you have permission to use them.

• Save the images, upload them to your own server or Photobucket account, provided you link to me where you use them.

• Use images from YPD on your Email Signature, Message Board Signature, Avatar, Blog, MySpace Page. Provided you link back to YPD (www.YellowPixelDesigns.com) and i am given full and clear credit.

• Seek Permission to use the images from YPD for purposes other than those stated. In this case you MUST contact me first. I would also like to be able to see what it is that you use the image for and be able to display a copy of it or a link to it on YPD (although displaying a copy is not a requirement)

You May NOT

• Use them for commercial purposes, logos, layouts, advertisements or such related or similar purposes without prior permission.

• Offer the images for use ANYWHERE for free or not, whether or not you give credit, this is not allowed.

• Give away my images or dolls, instead give away the link to YPD www.YellowPixelDesigns.com

• Edit or use parts of my images in any way. (NO Frankendolling)

• Claim the images as your own in whole or part

• Direct Link (it is disabled anyway)

• Add faces or niqaab or anything else to the Dolls

• Remove the Copyright Text. When using images for a layout, sig, avatar or anything else that means the copyright notice will be obscured YOU NEED PERMISSION FIRST and you are obliged to give full credit and a link back to YPD in another way.

• Use images that state they are not to be used this is considered theft.

Doll Base Terms

• You Must Link to me and give Credit whenever you use one of my Bases.

• You may add faces.

• You may Smudge the Shading and/or change the Skin Colour.

• You may NOT use them for Commercial purposes, logos, advertisements or such related or similar purposes without prior permission.

• You may NOT Edit Poses without permission (Usually i'll give permission, just ask) However you may do such thing's as remove limbs provided it is a tasteful reason.

• You may NOT Claim the bases as your own in whole or part even if you have edited them heavily.

• You may NOT offer my Bases in whole or part on your website or anywhere else EVEN if you have edited them heavily.

• You SHOULD remove my copyright text when using a base.

• You may NOT use my bases in a Doll Maker without my permission.

• You may NOT use my bases for anything adult, racist, discriminatory or otherwise offensive, vulgar or distasteful.

Important Notes

• All artwork belongs to me or the respective artists.

• When permission is given to use an image, it is for PERSONAL use only. Including personal layouts, sigs, avatars etc. NOT including logos, advertisements, anything for profit, anything inappropriate or layouts you make for others.

• I reserve the right to deem any use of my images inappropriate and ask you to remove them, not doing so will be considered a violation of my terms and copyrights and will not be tolerated.

• You MUST credit me at all times, leave the small copyright note that is on the dolls in place and put a link to YellowPixelDesigns.com with any image you use from here. Not having a link to YPD is a violation of my terms.

• If you use the images for anything that is viewable by the public online, please Email me so that i can see it. If it isn't viewable by the public online i would love it if you will email me a copy.

• If you would like to use an image for purposes other than those allowed above please contact me.

• Please report any theft and let me know if you see my Art somewhere, i appreciate it endlessly when this is done.

• Importantly i consider any breach of these terms as Theft.

• I reserve the right to change these terms or refuse permission at my discretion.

If you are not sure what you are and aren't allowed to do with YPD's Images or Dolls please contact me and ask.
